Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain productive conversations.
• Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
