Job summary

TechMint IT in Hyderabad is seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with customers, provide information, generate leads, or resolve queries according to campaign guidelines.

This role requires excellent verbal communication, comfort with CRM systems, and the ability to meet daily targets in a fast-paced BPO environment. Rotational shifts may apply to cover peak periods.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate CRM systems.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain confident under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
