The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate product recommendations, managing follow-ups, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, BDE, or Business Development.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Excellent convincing and objection-handling abilities.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Healthcare, Wellness, Nutrition, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
