Job summary

Expertie in India is seeking an Educational Mentor to guide students through academic and career choices with clarity. You will handle counselling, outbound/inbound calls, and CRM documentation to move admissions forward with ethical persuasion.

You will build rapport with students and parents, provide personalised guidance, and collaborate with counselling and operations teams for smooth onboarding. Fresh graduates with strong communication are welcome.

Qualifications

• Ability to simplify concepts and explain options clearly.
• Calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Goal-oriented, consistent, and disciplined.
• Strong calling and follow-up approach is mandatory.
• Graduate or postgraduate in any stream.
• Freshers are welcome if communication is strong.

• Document every conversation in the CRM and keep records accurate

Do you love guiding students and becoming someone they trust during an important phase of their life? As an Educational Mentor, you help students understand their academic and career choices with clarity, which most students do not get elsewhere. The role is a mix of mentorship, counselling, and calling-based sales.
