Job summary

Expertie is seeking Senior Education Consultants who can guide students through complex counselling conversations, explain colleges and entrance exams, and convert high-intent leads with credibility. You will handle advanced cases, mentor junior counsellors, and coordinate with admissions to ensure smooth onboarding.

Fluent Hindi and English, a graduate or postgraduate degree, and experience in education sales or academic advisory are preferred.

• Ability to handle complex student requirements with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to counsel students with advanced needs or complex profiles.
• Give expert guidance on colleges, entrance exams, eligibility, fees, and academic pathways.
• Evaluate student backgrounds to recommend the most suitable options.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents using clarity and authority.
• Handle escalated and high-priority counselling inquiries.
• Drive consistent follow-ups to convert high-quality leads into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain detailed CRM records, case notes, and follow-up structures.
• Mentor junior counsellors through training, call reviews, and best practices.
• Collaborate with operations and admissions teams for smooth onboarding.
