Job summary

Rupeeredee is hiring a TeleCollection Agent in Gurugram to manage overdue payments and work toward recovery targets with professionalism and empathy. You will contact customers to negotiate repayment terms, maintain accurate records of interactions and commitments, and ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal guidelines.

When needed, you will escalate complex cases to the senior team and coordinate with field collection agents to update on unresponsive accounts.
