Job summary

Smarthms Solutions is seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to join our Support Team in India. You will be the first point of contact for hospital clients, handling inbound calls, resolving basic queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

This role requires good English and Malayalam communication, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to work in rotating shifts across India and GCC time zones.

Qualifications

• Any degree; freshers are welcome.
• Strong spoken and written English and Malayalam.
• Proficient with MS Office, email, and ticketing tools.
• Polite, patient telephone manner.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including GCC-aligned hours.
• Prior telecalling/customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Attend inbound calls from hospital clients across India and GCC for software queries.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution updates.

• Log and update customer queries/tickets with accurate details.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend inbound calls from hospital clients across India and GCC regarding software queries and issues
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback collection, and issue resolution updates
• Understand customer queries accurately and provide first-level support or appropriate guidance
• Log and update customer queries/tickets in the support system with accurate details
• Coordinate with technical/support teams for queries that require escalation
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with all clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
• Maintain call records, daily reports, and query trackers as required
• Work in rotational shifts to accommodate both India and GCC time zones

Required Skills & Qualifications
