Job summary

Gryphon Hytech Services in Bengaluru is hiring for an Associate Customer Support role in a permanent, office-based setup. You will handle multilingual support for a healthcare project, manage patient data, and book appointments via calls, email, and chat.

The role requires strong communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi, attention to detail, and a patient-centric approach. 5 working days with rotational off, day shifts within 10AM–10PM, and 9-hour shifts.

• Log in hours and production hours; adhere to break schedules and punctuality.
• Shift hours: rotational day shift; 10:00 to 22:00 window for females, 24/7 window for males.
