Maxtech Healthcare in Kandivali West invites applications for a Telesales Executive who will handle outbound calls to promote medical equipment and healthcare products. The role requires explaining features, pricing, and rental/purchase options, while generating leads and converting enquiries into orders.

The successful candidate will perform cross-selling and upselling, follow up on pending enquiries, and maintain detailed records of calls, customers, and sales.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote medical equipment and healthcare products.

• Generate sales leads and convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Cross-sell and upsell related products, accessories, upgrades, and higher-value products.
• Follow up with customers on pending enquiries, quotations, and previous calls.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and sales.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and delivery.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional customer service.
