Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, collecting feedback on our services, and promoting our membership plans. You will engage with clients, generate leads, and assist in converting them into sales as per our established protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients to gather feedback on services.
• Inform patients about membership plans and explain their benefits.
• Identify interested and non-interested customers.
• Generate high-quality leads based on sales protocols.
• Sell membership plans to qualified leads.
• Schedule appointments for senior executives to conduct further sales pitches.
• Handle incoming calls, addressing client concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions (calls made and received).
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a Tele Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficient in using computers and maintaining accurate records.
