Job summary

Gapblue Software Labs in India is seeking a candidate to support Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and enhancements, with focus on ORC configuration and recruiting process analysis. You will engage with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth data loading, validations, testing, and resolution of production issues.

The role involves documenting requirements (BRDs, FRDs, test cases), supporting UAT and post-go-live activities, and performing root-cause analysis to recommend fixes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle HCM implementations or production support.
• Hands-on exposure to Oracle Cloud tools, data migration, or testing cycles.
• Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned tasks.
