Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Lead Oracle HCM Functional in Hyderabad to guide end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations. You will lead workshops, define functional configurations for Core HR and additional HCM modules, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations, HDL/HSDL data conversion, reporting, workflows and security, while mentoring junior consultants and upholding delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Strong Core HR expertise
• Experience with HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher
• Hands-on implementation experience and client-facing leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and business-process discussions with stakeholders.
• Own functional configuration and solution design for Core HR and at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated HCM solutions.
• Prepare and review functional designs, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and project documentation.
• Manage implementation activities across design, build, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, HDL/HSDL data conversion, reporting, workflows, approvals, and security.
• Support testing, defect triage, troubleshooting, and business validation.
• Conduct configuration and code reviews while enforcing quality standards and delivery best practices.
• Participate in feasibility assessments, solution architecture reviews, and compliance activities.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor risks, resolve escalations, and provide regular project-status updates.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge-sharing across the team.

Preferred candidate profile

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with 8+ years experience, strong Core HR expertise, and proficiency in two or more additional HCM modules.
Hands-on implementation experience with HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, workflows, and excellent client-facing leadership skills.
