Job summary

Infidocs Technologies in Mumbai is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. You will configure Fusion HCM Core HR, manage employee lifecycle events, and support integrations with third‑party systems.

The role requires 10+ years of hands‑on Oracle HCM experience, strong techno‑functional skills, and the ability to work across both functional and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience with strong hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM.
• Strong techno‑functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Good understanding of HR business processes and HCM best practices.
• Ability to independently handle requirements, configuration, testing, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM functional and technical solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and related basic HCM modules.
• Work on employee lifecycle processes including hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations, assignments, and employee data management.
• Gather requirements from HR/business stakeholders and prepare functional solution designs.
• Perform Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, testing, validation, and deployment support.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party/internal applications.
• Work with technical teams on HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations.
• Develop and support HCM reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with developers on technical solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and support UAT.
• Coordinate with business users, offshore/onshore teams, and other application teams.
