Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to lead the transformation from Oracle EBS HR to Oracle Cloud HCM and to partner with the SI and technology teams to harmonize processes, map data, and design secure integrations for a robust Cloud HCM solution.

You will own end-to-end functional scope, lead discovery and design workshops, drive data migration planning, and contribute to testing strategies while aligning with HR change management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR Technology with 68+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Prior Oracle EBS HR experience preferred.
• End-to-end delivery of at least 2–3 large EBSCloud migrations.
• Strong integration exposure (OIC, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Strong Analytics experience (FDI)

Responsibilities

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to contribute to the development of functional solutions and business analysis for our transformation from Oracle EBS HR to Oracle Cloud HCM. The consultant will partner closely with our SI and the technology team to harmonize processes, map data, design integrations, and ensure a robust, adoptable, and well-governed Cloud HCM solution.
