Job summary

Valueverse Consulting is seeking an Oracle HCM specialist to engage with stakeholders, gather HR and payroll requirements, and configure Oracle HCM modules for client deployments in Meerut, India. The role involves mapping business processes, creating design documents, and coordinating SIT/UAT testing with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include training users, supporting implementations, and staying current with Oracle HCM updates and security standards to ensure compliant HR/payroll

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze HR and payroll requirements.
• Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, etc.).
• Map business processes with Oracle HCM functionalities and identify gaps.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and configuration workbooks.
• Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT) and coordinate defect resolution.
• Provide user training, support, and documentation.
• Collaborate with technical consultants (reports, integrations, customizations).
• Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates, patches, and new releases.
