We are seeking an experienced HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. The role requires a strong blend of functional understanding of HR processes and hands-on technical skills in implementing, customizing, and integrating HCM modules. The consultant will play a key role in solution design, client interaction, issue resolution, and ensuring seamless delivery of HCM projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary techno-functional consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
• Configure and customize HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, Fast Formulas, and HDL Loader templates.
• Design and support complex integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide end-to-end support from requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Ensure compliance with business processes and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, etc.).
• Deep understanding of HR business processes and ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
