Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end configurations for Core HR, Talent Management, and Absence Management within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and drive testing and deployment across modules.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Oracle HCM, hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, and security configurations, and strong client-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations and support.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruitment (ORC), Learning, Compensation, Benefits, and Workforce Modeling.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and configurations.
• Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, and Approval Workflows.
• Knowledge of security roles and data access configuration.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and customizations.
