Newmark CRE Services in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to design, configure, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with a focus on automating HR processes and onboarding journeys.

The role requires strong Oracle HCM functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions for HR stakeholders and HR Shared Services globally.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or similar.
• Experience as Oracle HCM Consultant or Techno-Functional.
• Strong Oracle Core HR and Journeys knowledge.
• Experience translating business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Experience with global HRIS or HR Shared Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM workflows and transactions.
• Replace manual PDF HR forms with Oracle workflow-driven solutions.
• Configure approval routing, notifications, escalations, and audit trails.
• Develop and maintain workflows for New Hire, Job Changes, Compensation, Leave, Transfers, Terminations, and Data Changes.
• Partner with HRBPs, HRSS, and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Design and maintain Oracle HCM Journeys and Onboarding solutions.
• Support onboarding implementations across APAC, Europe, and other regions.
• Provide day-to-day HRIS support and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with HR reporting, data auditing, and system integrations.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The role will focus on automating HR processes, configuring workflows, developing onboarding journeys, and providing functional and technical support to HR stakeholders and HR Shared Services teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Oracle HCM functional knowledge combined with hands-on configuration experience and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Configuration & Workflow Automation

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM workflows and transactions.
• Replace manual PDF-based HR forms with Oracle workflow-driven solutions.
• Configure approval routing, notifications, escalations, status tracking, and audit trails.
• Develop and maintain workflows supporting:
• New Hire Transactions
• Job Changes
• Compensation Changes
• Leave Management
• Transfers
• Employee Terminations
• Employee Data Changes
• Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Shared Services (HRSS), and business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.

Journeys & Onboarding

• Design, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Journeys and Onboarding solutions.
• Support implementation of onboarding journeys across APAC, Europe, and other regions.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance employee and manager experience.

Functional & Technical Support

• Act as a local point of contact for the HRIS team, providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting.
• Resolve system issues and collaborate with global HRIS teams on enhancements and fixes.
• Support Oracle quarterly releases, testing activities, and impact assessments.
• Participate in system upgrades, change requests, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain configuration documents, process flows, testing scripts, and user guides.

Reporting & Integration Support

• Support HR reporting and data auditing activities.
• Assist with HCM Extracts, data uploads, and system integrations.
• Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and system integrity.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven experience working as an Oracle HCM Consultant, Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, or Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.

Qualifications
