Job Summary:

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to attend electrical breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure the smooth functioning of injection moulding, extrusion, automation, and assembly machines. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in electrical troubleshooting, machine maintenance, and breakdown recovery in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to electrical breakdowns in injection moulding, extrusion, automation, and assembly machines.


• Carry out preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.


• Troubleshoot motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), sensors, heaters, and electrical control panels.


• Check PLCs, electrical circuits, and machine safety interlocks.


• Minimize machine downtime and ensure quick breakdown recovery.


• Inspect electrical connections, cables, earthing systems, and electrical panel conditions.


• Follow electrical safety procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices during maintenance activities.


• Maintain breakdown records, preventive maintenance checklists, and other required maintenance documents.


• Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to resolve machine-related issues.


• Identify recurring electrical problems and implement corrective actions to prevent repeated breakdowns.
