Job summary

Maxop Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks an experienced industrial electrician for maintenance of electrical systems, MCC/PCC, HT/LT panels, and EOT cranes.

You will perform wiring, troubleshooting, and predictive maintenance on motors, sensors, relays, and PLC devices, ensuring safe, compliant operations and minimal downtime across aluminium extrusion plants.

Qualifications

• ITI – Electrical qualification is required.
• 5–7 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience with knowledge of motor starters, control wiring, PLC-based devices, and sensors.
• Hands-on experience in transformers, MCC/PCC, HT/LT panels, and EOT cranes; exposure to installation and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Perform wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of motor starters, power and control wiring, and industrial electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair field sensors, relays, contactors, and PLC-related devices.
• Carry out breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance for all electrical equipment.
• Maintain electrical devices and equipment including transformers, MCC, PCC, HT/LT panels.
• Inspect and lubricate EOT cranes and lifting systems; support installation and commissioning of extrusion plants.
• Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, checklists, and safety logs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations using PPE.

Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: ITI – Electrical
• Experience: 5–7 years in industrial electrical maintenance. Strong knowledge of motor starters, control wiring, PLC-based devices, and industrial field sensors.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining Transformers, MCC/PCC, HT/LT Panels, and EOT cranes. Exposure to industrial installation & commissioning (experience in Aluminium extrusion is an added advantage).
• Good understanding of electrical safety procedures and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics.
