Job summary

TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for our manufacturing plant in India to manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and electrical equipment.

You will troubleshoot electrical faults, work with PLCs, VFDs, electrical panels, relays, SMPS/SSRs, read SLDs and BOMs, and coordinate with production, engineering teams, contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing plant.
• Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, electrical panels and industrial equipment.
• Experience in packing machines, process equipment and utilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience in team handling, contractor coordination and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and electrical equipment.
• Identify electrical faults and perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

• Maintain maintenance records and ensure the availability of spare parts.
• Guide technicians and junior engineers in daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure electrical safety, compliance and cost optimization.
