Job summary

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in authoring tools, Markdown, and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, GitBook, ReadMe, Docusaurus).
• Familiarity with SEO practices for writing and publishing content for better reach and search discoverability

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Writer with 2-4 years of experience in the B2B Tech SaaS ecosystem to own and evolve our product documentation and knowledge hub. This role requires someone who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for developers, customers, and internal teams.

You will be responsible for maintaining documentation repositories, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating technical content ranging from in-depth documentation to technical blogs and release notes.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and support teams to gather inputs and validate technical accuracy.


• Consistency & Quality: Ensure documentation is consistent in tone, structure, and style, while adhering to brand and technical standards.


• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify gaps in content, suggest improvements, and drive best practices in documentation.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a B2B SaaS or technology-first environment.
