Position Summary

Senior Technical Writer - Technical Communications

The Senior Technical Writer is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing complex technical documentation that supports product adoption, customer success, and internal knowledge sharing. The role requires strong collaboration with engineering, product management, QA, support, and other cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, high-quality, and user-centric documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA engineers, product managers, support teams, and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and organize technical information.
• Participate in sprint planning, feature reviews, design discussions, and product meetings to identify documentation requirements and deliverables.
• Review, edit, and refine documentation created by fellow writers to ensure accuracy, consistency, usability, and adherence to documentation standards and style guidelines.
• Identify gaps in existing documentation and drive improvements in content structure, navigation, discoverability, and user experience.
• Create, format, publish, and maintain content using advanced documentation tools and structured authoring methodologies.
