BonusHub in Noida is seeking a Technical Support Executive to handle customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and support daily operations. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

You will provide technical support to customers over calls and emails, maintain customer records and reports, and assist the Reporting Manager with daily activities. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required, and experience with POS terminals is an added advantage.

Formación

• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Technical/Cust. Support.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and handle customer queries.

Responsabilidades
