Job summary

washdown solar pvt ltd in Delhi is seeking a Service Coordinator to log and track customer calls, monitor solar plants remotely via inverter portals, analyze generation data, check voltages, currents and error codes, and assist customers with inverter faults, grid issues, and connectivity questions.

You will escalate complex faults to the field team with precise diagnoses, raise warranty claims with inverter/module OEMs, coordinate with technicians for on-site visits, and prepare weekly

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer service calls or tickets.
• Familiarity with solar inverter portals and monitoring tools.

Job description

• Receive and log all service calls / complaints from customers in our Solar Care system and track each ticket to closure.
• Remotely monitor plants on inverter portals (Sungrow, Growatt, Solis, Havells, etc.) — check generation, string voltages/currents, error codes, communication loss.
• Troubleshoot online with the customer or site electrician: inverter faults, grid over/under voltage, Wi-Fi/dongle issues, net-meter reading queries, low generation.
• Escalate to the field team with a clear fault diagnosis when a physical visit is needed, and follow up until resolved.
• Raise warranty claims with inverter/module OEMs and track replacements.
• Prepare a weekly service report — open tickets, TAT, repeat faults — for management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
