You will manage technical support, field service operations, warranty, and service teams while driving customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement. • Expertise in troubleshooting power electronics and PV systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager - Solar Inverter Service to lead the complete after-sales service function for our solar inverter business. The role is responsible for managing technical support, field service operations, warranty management, service teams, customer satisfaction, and continuous product improvement.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to ensure reliable product performance while establishing efficient service processes and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead solar inverter service operations

Must Have

• 5 to 6 years of experience in solar inverter service or technical support
