Job summary

Australian Premium Solar (India) Ltd. in Andhra Pradesh seeks a field sales and service professional to promote and sell solar panels, inverters, and related products to customers, dealers, EPCs and installers.

You will identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory, build strong distributor relations, provide site inspections, and coordinate service and warranty claims, while reporting leads and orders daily.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell solar panels and related products to customers and dealers.
• Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory and build distributor relations.
• Visit customer sites for inspections and troubleshooting; provide on-site support for installations.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, visits and orders.
• Coordinate service, warranty claims, replacements and escalated cases.
• Maintain documentation of service calls and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with the service team for warranty claims, replacements and escalated cases.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and performance audits.
• Maintain proper documentation of service calls and customer feedback.
