Job summary

Cost Effective Hiring is seeking a proactive service engineering lead to oversee solar hybrid inverter projects. You will guide the field team through installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation.

Work closely with design, sales and project teams, visit sites for critical issues, train service engineers and customers, and maintain service reports, warranty claims and AMC records while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service engineering team for solar hybrid inverter projects.
• Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar hybrid inverters.
• Provide technical support to clients, EPC teams, and channel partners.
• Ensure timely resolution of service complaints and breakdowns.
• Monitor inverter performance and analyze technical issues.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams for smooth execution.
• Conduct training sessions for service engineers and customers.
• Maintain service reports, warranty claims, and AMC records.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures.
• Manage spare parts planning and inventory coordination.
• Visit project sites for critical issue handling and technical inspections.
