• Communication: Must have international Voice experience with exceptional English communication skills.
• Support: Handle customer calls and troubleshoot technical issues for Router/Modem or Wifi devices.
• FCR: Ensure resolution is provided in the first customer interaction.
• Learning: Acquire knowledge about newly released products and recent updates.
