Job summary

Movate Technologies in Chennai Ambattur is seeking an Engineer (Technical Support - International Voice Process) for night shift to handle customer calls and troubleshoot Netgear devices. Immediate joiners only.

You should deliver first-contact resolution wherever possible and maintain strong product knowledge. You will stay updated on new product releases, provide courteous service, and upsell Premium support contracts based on entitlement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to Netgear Devices.
• Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer
• Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
• Position and sell Premium support contracts to customers based on their support entitlement.

Technical skills:

• Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure
• Should have good comprehensibility and understandability of what customers want
• Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy
