Job summary

Movate, an Applied AI services company, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for the International Voice Process in Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office). Night shift with rotational weekdays off.

You will assist international customers and troubleshoot internet-related issues, focusing on first-call resolution while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Customer/Technical Support experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to international customers.
• Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies
• Diagnose and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.)
• Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory.
