Job summary

Dalmia Cement seeks a Technical Services Engineer to strengthen field sales and service delivery in Siliguri, West Bengal. You will support dealers, engage masons and contractors, and address site quality concerns. This role focuses on techno-commercial sales with on-site customer interactions.

Candidates should have experience in cement/building materials, be on-roll, and capable of handling technical queries and pricing discussions with distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Support achievement of sales target & take measures to increase market share through:

• Regular visit to dealers and sub dealers
• Enrolment of mason and contractors
• Conversion of sites for dealer and sub dealer wise
• Attending product quality complaints and resolution
• Services to construction sites

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Familiar with CRM / Sales management applications like Dealer App / ASO App, SAP etc.
• Understanding of Distribution Networks: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and distributor relationships.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to understand pricing strategies, cost structures, and how to create profitable deals.

Experience required for the role

• If BE / BTech – Min 1 + Years of Experience
• If Dip Min 3 + Years of Experience
• No Freshers

• Had worked in similar Role - Ideally On Roll from Cement, Building Material, Construction Chemical etc
• If -Off Roll (From Cement Organisation) – Subject to ZTH clearance.
• Refrain from Construction site
