Job summary

Dalmia Cement is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to drive trade sales in Patna. You will regularly visit dealers and sub-dealers, enroll masons and contractors, and push site conversions across the distribution network.

You will also address product quality concerns, provide techno-commercial support, and service construction sites by building strong relationships with contractors, engineers and mason networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with BE/BTech or 3+ years with Diploma; freshers not allowed.
• Experience in cement/building materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular visits to dealers and sub-dealers.
• Enrolment of masons and contractors.
• Conversion of sites for dealer and sub-dealer networks.
• Attend product quality complaints and resolve them.
• Provide services to construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

Support achievement of sales target & take measures to increase market share through:

• Regular visit to dealers and sub dealers
• Enrolment of mason and contractors
• Conversion of sites for dealer and sub dealer wise
• Attending product quality complaints and resolution
• Services to construction sites

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Familiar with CRM / Sales management applications like Dealer App / ASO App, SAP etc.
• Understanding of Distribution Networks: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and distributor relationships.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to understand pricing strategies, cost structures, and how to create profitable deals.

Experience required for the role

• If BE / BTech – Min 1 + Years of Experience
• If Dip Min 3 + Years of Experience
• No Freshers

• Had worked in similar Role - Ideally On Roll from Cement, Building Material, Construction Chemical etc
• If -Off Roll (From Cement Organisation) – Subject to ZTH clearance.
• Refrain from Construction site
