Job summary

Dalmia Bharat Group is seeking a Technical Services Engineer in the Trade Sales function to grow the dealer network and drive sales in the construction materials sector. You will visit dealers, enroll masons and contractors, and resolve product quality issues on projects across the region.

Candidates with Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering and 1+ years (BE/BTech) or 3+ years (Diploma) experience are preferred. On-roll role; familiarity with SAP and distributor relationships is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in techno-commercial sales is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with customer complaints & technical queries.

Responsibilities

• Regular visits to dealers and sub-dealers to support sales targets.
• Enrolment of masons and contractors to expand network.
• Convert sites for dealer and sub-dealer growth and resolve product quality complaints.

Key Responsibilities

Support achievement of sales target & take measures to increase market share through:

• Regular visit to dealers and sub dealers
• Enrolment of mason and contractors
• Conversion of sites for dealer and sub dealer wise
• Attending product quality complaints and resolution
• Services to construction sites

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Familiar with CRM / Sales management applications like Dealer App / ASO App, SAP etc.
• Understanding of Distribution Networks: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and distributor relationships.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to understand pricing strategies, cost structures, and how to create profitable deals.

Experience required for the role

• If BE / BTech – Min 1 + Years of Experience
• If Dip Min 3 + Years of Experience
• No Freshers

• Had worked in similar Role- Ideally On Roll from Cement, Building Material, Construction Chemical etc
• If -Off Roll (From Cement Organisation) – Subject to ZTH clearance.
• Refrain from Construction site

Additional Skill / Knowledge - Required

• Orientation towards techno commercial sales
• Knowledge & Skill to Influence,Influencers like Contractors, Engineers, Masons etc
• Hands on Experience in handling Customer complaints & Technical queries
