Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals seeks a Technical Services Engineer in Odisha to drive sales support and market expansion. You will visit dealers, enroll masons and contractors, and convert sites by dealer network strength, while addressing product quality concerns and delivering field support at construction sites.

Ideal candidates have Civil Engineering background with 1+ year BE/BTech or 3+ years Diploma, experience in cement or construction sectors, and willingness to work on site.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech – minimum 1+ years of experience.
• Diploma – minimum 3+ years of experience.
• No freshers for this role.
• Experience in cement/building materials or construction sectors preferred.
• Off roll candidates require ZTH clearance.
• Avoid working on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Regular visits to dealers and sub-dealers to support sales targets.
• Enrolment of masons and contractors to expand field network.
• Site-wise dealer/sub-dealer conversions to grow coverage.
• Attend and resolve product quality complaints promptly.
• Provide services to construction sites to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support achievement of sales target take measures to increase market share through:

• Regular visit to dealers and sub dealers
• Enrolment of mason and contractors
• Conversion of sites for dealer and sub dealer wise
• Attending product quality complaints and resolution
• Services to construction sites

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Familiar with CRM / Sales management applications like Dealer App / ASO App, SAP etc.
• Understanding of Distribution Networks: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and distributor relationships.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to understand pricing strategies, cost structures, and how to create profitable deals.

Experience required for the role

• If BE / BTech - Min 1 + Years of Experience
• If Dip Min 3 + Years of Experience
• No Freshers
• Had worked in similar Role- Ideally On Roll from Cement, Building Material, Construction Chemical etc
• If -Off Roll (From Cement Organisation) - Subject to ZTH clearance.
• Refrain from Construction site
