Job summary

Dtcc seeks a Technical Services Engineer in its Trade Sales team to drive market share growth through dealer visits, contractor enrolment, and site-based conversions. The role targets Executive to Senior Executive levels and requires civil engineering background with hands-on CRM/SAP experience.

Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred; freshers are not considered. On-roll or cement/building materials experience is valued, with emphasis on handling customer queries and technical

• Experience with CRM/SAP or similar sales management tools.
• Understanding distribution networks and dealer/sub-dealer relationships.
• Ability to analyze pricing and profitability in deals.

Responsibilities

• Regular visits to dealers and sub-dealers to support sales targets.
• Enrolment of masons and contractors to expand customer base.
• Conversion of sites for dealer- and sub-dealer-wise opportunities.
• Attend to product quality complaints and provide resolutions.
• Provide services to construction sites to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support achievement of sales target & take measures to increase market share through:

• Regular visit to dealers and sub dealers
• Enrolment of mason and contractors
• Conversion of sites for dealer and sub dealer wise
• Attending product quality complaints and resolution
• Services to construction sites

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Familiar with CRM / Sales management applications like Dealer App / ASO App, SAP etc.
• Understanding of Distribution Networks: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and distributor relationships.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to understand pricing strategies, cost structures, and how to create profitable deals.

Experience required for the role

• If BE / BTech - Min 1 + Years of Experience
• If Dip Min 3 + Years of Experience
• No Freshers

• Had worked in similar Role - Ideally On Roll from Cement, Building Material, Construction Chemical etc
• If -Off Roll (From Cement Organisation) - Subject to ZTH clearance.
• Refrain from Construction site

• Orientation towards techno commercial sales
• Knowledge & Skill to Influence, Influencers like Contractors, Engineers, Masons etc
• Hands on Experience in handling Customer complaints & Technical queries
