Job summary

The Big Advantage is expanding its Retail Marketing team in Nagaland, India. The role focuses on field sales for TMT Bars, engaging IHBs, masons, contractors and engineers to meet monthly targets and enroll stakeholders into the CRM system.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in techno sales/BD within the cement or building materials sector, and hold a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil. A personal two-wheeler for market visits is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of techno sales/BD/lead generation & conversion in cement building materials sector.
• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil.
• Must own a two-wheeler for market visits and travel allowances as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Hold daily meetings with IHBs (Individual House Builders), influencers (masons, contractors & engineers) to generate sales for TMT Bars against monthly targets.
• Enroll engineers, masons & contractors & IHBs in the company CRM system.
• Ensure all visits follow the pre-journey plan (PJP) provided by the manager; minimum 8 unique visits per day.
• Update all visit reports in the CRM system.
• Conduct local meets for masons, engineers, contractors, architects, etc.
• Record and report visits accurately, ensuring CRM data is up to date.
