Softage Information Technology in Gurugram is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and hire IT professionals across various roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.

The ideal candidate will source through Naukri and LinkedIn, conduct technical discussions, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of IT/technical recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing through Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Candidate evaluation, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Strong Boolean search and candidate outreach skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical requirements from hiring managers and clients.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical discussions.
• Assess candidates on skills, experience, and role fit.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist for further rounds.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Negotiate offers and manage discussions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals across various IT roles. The person should be comfortable working with hiring managers, managing multiple requirements, and delivering quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand technical requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers/clients.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/skill-based discussions.
• Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, compensation, notice period, and role fit.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates for further rounds.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand changing requirements and improve sourcing strategies.
• Meet defined recruitment targets and turnaround times.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong experience in sourcing through Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of technical roles such as Software Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, IT Support, etc.
• Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and other sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with ATS/recruitment platforms.
