Job summary

Ifinsol Global is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build strong tech teams for emerging technologies. You will manage the complete hiring cycle from sourcing to joining, hiring for permanent and contract roles, and coordinating with hiring managers on tech stacks.

The role requires sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, and talent pools using Boolean and X-ray searches, with a focus on Hyderabad market dynamics and contract rates.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in the Hyderabad market.
• Proven record of closing both permanent and contract roles.
• Good understanding of modern tech stacks and the ability to assess profiles beyond keywords.
• Knowledge of Hyderabad salary benchmarks, notice period trends and contract rates.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).

Responsibilities
