Job summary

Pratiti Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking a tech recruitment specialist to source and hire for niche engineering software roles. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for positions involving Teamcenter, RuleStream, and AutoCAD Development, while managing stakeholders and maintaining strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with PLM and engineering software domains is a plus; exposure to multiple hiring channels will be valued.

• Head Hunting on social media platform, i.e LinkedIn, X-ray search, Google etc
• Proven experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
  
• Hands-on recruitment experience in Teamcenter, RuleStream, and AutoCAD Development roles.
  
• Strong understanding of technical screening and sourcing for niche engineering software skillsets.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to PLM, CAD/CAM, and engineering software domains.
  
• Experience hiring for OEM, automotive, manufacturing, or industrial engineering clients.
  
• Familiarity with Siemens PLM technologies and related engineering tools.
  
• Experience managing critical and niche hiring requirements.
