Job summary

MarbleX is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our HR Recruitment team in Una, Himachal Pradesh. The role covers end-to-end technical recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.

You will target roles across software development, business analysis, project management, QA, and mobile/web development, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely hires.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Experience in handling multiple technical profiles and end-to-end recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Write and post technical job descriptions.
• Identify relevant technical skills and qualifications while screening IT resumes.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and assess candidates based on experience, availability, interest, and salary expectations.
• Source candidates through internal databases, references, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from interviewers.
• Follow up with selected candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
• Hire for various technical positions such as Software Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, Mobile Developers, Front-End Developers, and Back-End Developers.
