Shift Timings: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality submissions.
• Update recruitment trackers and ATS regularly.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualification Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
