The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT recruitment experience, with hands-on sourcing skills on LinkedIn and Naukri, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple roles concurrently.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of technology roles and modern IT stacks.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Excellent communication, screening, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, portals and other channels.
• Hire for roles across Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, Data Engineering, Testing, UI/UX, Product and Support.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, manage candidate follow-ups and ensure timely closures.
• Handle offer negotiations, joining coordination, recruitment trackers and talent pipeline management.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for modern IT roles and a good understanding of technology stacks such as Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, and Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
• Hire for roles across Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, Data Engineering, Testing, UI/UX, Product, and Support.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, manage candidate follow-ups, and ensure timely closures.
• Handle offer negotiations, joining coordination, recruitment trackers, and talent pipeline management.

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, and other modern technology skills.
• Familiarity with ATS/recruitment tools, talent mapping, and passive candidate sourcing.
• Basic understanding of programming, APIs, databases, and software development concepts.
