Role is remote with occasional Hyderabad-based meetings to align with local synergy. Expect 1–3 years of experience and flexibility to work six days a week across cycles.

The candidate will operate under Talent Acquisition principles, coordinating with hiring teams and managing the candidate journey end-to-end from screening to placement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment/Permanent Hiring.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening and managing the end-to-end candidate experience.
• Location: Remote, with willingness to base in Hyderabad for occasional local synergy.
• 6 days a week (2 weeks a month) illustrates flexible scheduling.
