Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Hyderabad, India is seeking a results-driven IT Recruitment Specialist to build diverse pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards and referrals and to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.

You will partner with hiring managers on job descriptions and interview plans, manage candidate experience, scheduling and salary negotiations, maintain the ATS, and track sourcing metrics to improve quality.
