Job summary

Valuelabs in India is seeking a skilled Recruiter with end-to-end expertise across the hiring lifecycle, from requisition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical hiring, strong candidate evaluation, compliance, and background verification (BGV). Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools is preferred to drive efficiency and faster time-to-fill.

• End-to-end recruitment experience across lifecycle stages (req to onboarding).
• Strong technical hiring background with screening and evaluation
• Familiarity with background verification (BGV) and compliance requirements
• Experience using AI-powered recruitment tools to improve time-to-hire and fit

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate offers and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance and BG verification are completed for hires.
• Leverage AI tools to improve matching efficiency and reduce time-to-fill
