Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple client requirements.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, social platforms, referrals, and databases.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess both cultural and technical fit.
• Handle candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle to control dropouts.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for seamless closures.
• Work on multiple mandates across different industries and locations.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers, reports, and status updates.
• Use ATS/CRM tools, job portals, and recruitment systems effectively.
• Participate in client calls for requirement gathering and status reviews.
