Job summary

Velocitai Digital in Gurugram is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment specialist to handle end-to-end hiring for technical roles, source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri and portals, and coordinate interviews with clients.

You will screen and shortlist based on technical needs, build candidate pipelines, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closures while managing multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in technical recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Developers, DevOps, QA, Cloud, Data Science, and Infrastructure roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
