Job summary

Runmap Infotech Private Ltd. in Noida invites a hands-on Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of IT recruitment experience. You will source and hire for SAP, Salesforce, and other technical roles, using portals like Naukri/Resdex and LinkedIn Recruiter.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate with hiring managers, screen candidates, and maintain pipelines. This on-site role requires strong Boolean search and Excel skills, with a 5-day work week and alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle technical hiring across various IT technologies and skill sets.
• Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other job portals.
• Handle recruitment for SAP, Salesforce, Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data, and other technical roles.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
• Understand technical JDs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients regarding requirements, interview feedback, and candidate status.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining coordination.
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality of profiles and candidate experience.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for various technical roles, with strong exposure to SAP and Salesforce recruitment.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in technical hiring and candidate sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Salesforce recruitment.
• Good understanding of various IT technologies and technical profiles.
• Experience using Naukri/Resdex and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent screening, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
