Job summary

AIGIRI Software Solutions in India seeks a Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and place IT professionals for US-based clients. You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and help close offers.

The ideal candidate has 0.5–3 years in US IT recruitment, solid knowledge of US hiring processes, and strong communication and negotiation skills to meet targets. Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, and databases is preferred, and you will maintain accurate candidate records
